Terms and Conditions for Subscription Packages
Subscription Duration
All subscription packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal of the subscription will occur automatically unless cancelled 30 days prior to the end of the subscription.
Payment
Payments for subscription packages are to be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payment methods. Payments are non-refundable.
Service Coverage
Subscription packages cover the services explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase. Any additional services requested outside the package will be subject to additional charges.
Pick-up and Delivery
Pick-up and delivery services are included as part of the subscription package. Scheduled times for pick-up and delivery must be adhered to; failure to be present may result in rescheduling fees.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription packages can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered. After this period, cancellations will be accepted with a pro-rata refund, minus an administrative fee of £25.
Loss or Damage
While we take the utmost care with your garments and moor crofts, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage beyond our control. Compensation, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with our standard loss and damage policy.
Legal Compliance
All services are provided in compliance with UK laws and regulations. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws.
Service Limitations
The number of items or services covered by the subscription is specified in the package details. Any additional items beyond the package limit will be charged at standard rates.
Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription packages, including pricing, at any time, with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
